KOMUGE COMMUNITY INITIATIVE is a community-rooted organization in Eastern Uganda established to create a positive impact on the ever-growing challenges faced by people in hard-to-reach areas, particularly widows, single mothers, women living with HIV/AIDS, children, and out-of-school young people.
Our key program areas and their corresponding Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are:
WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) – SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation
Education – SDG 4: Quality Education
Health – SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
Livelihood (through vocational skilling and development training) – SDG 1: No Poverty
Through these targeted programs, KOMUGE COMMUNITY INITIATIVE is committed to improving lives and reducing inequalities in underserved communities.
